At Retail Maharaj, we strive to ensure your fashion choices fit perfectly; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange items within 15 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your Retail Maharaj account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging along with the invoice, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our quality team inspects the returned fashion pieces, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
